Steps to download your video from our portal and post to instagram.
PART 1: Download Your Files
1. Open the delivery email we sent you
2. Click the link in the email to go to your delivery page
3. Click "Download Files"
4. Download the reel thumbnail image (always select "Full Size")
5. Scroll down to the video section
6. Find your video and click the small arrow to download it
7. Save the video file
PART 2: Upload to Instagram
8. Go to Instagram on your desktop computer
9. Click the plus sign (+) to create a new post
10. Click "Post"
11. Select the video file you just downloaded
12. Click the crop arrows (two small arrows) to change from square to vertical format
13. Select "Vertical" (or "Horizontal" if we delivered a horizontal video)
14. Click "Next"
15. Add your cover photo by clicking "From Computer" and selecting the thumbnail image we provided (or drag the slider to pick a frame from the video)
16. Click "Next"
17. Paste in your caption
18. Add your location
19. Add "Desert View Creative" as a collaborator by typing our name and selecting us (this allows the video to appear on both your feed and ours)
20. Make sure our name is checked, then click "Done"
21. Click "Share"
Your video is now live on Instagram!
