Accessing Your Media:
1. Open the delivery email we sent you
2. Click the link in the email to go to your order delivery page
3. All your media will be displayed on this page
Accessing Previous Orders:
4. Click on "Files" to see all your past orders
5. Select the order you want to download from
Downloading Your Files:
6. Your media is organized into separate folders (Twilight, Aerials, Interior/Exterior, etc.)
7. We recommend downloading each folder individually rather than using "Download All"
IMPORTANT - Which Version to Download:
8. Always download the "MLS" version of your photos (NOT "Full Size")
9. MLS versions are pre-optimized for MLS upload and won't cause file size errors
10. Full Size versions are only for marketing materials and print use—they're too large for MLS
11. Click on each folder and select the "MLS" option to download
Your downloads will begin automatically once you click the MLS download button for each folder.
