Accessing Your Website Editor (Two Ways):
METHOD 1 - Through Portal:
1. Go to portal.desertviewcreative.com
2. Click "Order Dashboard"
3. Find your listing in the list
4. Click "Website"
METHOD 2 - Through Email:
5. Open your order delivery email
6. Scroll down to the "Website" tab
7. Click the big blue box that says "Customize Website"
First Time Setup - Profile Picture:
8. Click on "Profile" in the menu
9. Click "Change Photo"
10. Upload your profile picture (this will appear at the bottom of your listing website)
11. Go back to "Website"
Understanding Your Two Domain Links:
- UNBRANDED DOMAIN: Submit this to Flex MLS for syndication to all websites
- BRANDED DOMAIN: Share this on social media, DMs, and with anyone asking about your listing
Filling in Property Details:
12. Click "Details"
13. Most information will already be pre-populated (address, etc.)
14. Fill in year built
15. Enter property price
16. Add MLS number (if you have it—you can add this later if needed)
17. Paste in your property description
18. Format your description with line breaks to make it easy to read
19. Fill in bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage
20. Enter lot size
21. Select garage type (3-car, 4-car, etc.)
22. Check the boxes for amenities (community, shopping nearby, etc.)
23. Click the blue "Save" button in the corner
Managing Your Photo Gallery:
24. Click "Photo Gallery"
25. All your images will automatically load from your delivery
26. To hide photos you don't want shown, click "Select"
27. Click on each image you want to hide
28. Click the gray "Hide" button at the bottom (hidden photos will appear black and white)
29. Click "Save"
Setting Up Virtual Tour:
30. Click "Virtual Tour"
31. Click the blue button that says "Pull from Gallery"
32. The system will automatically exclude any photos you hid
33. Click the blue box that says "Enable Virtual Tour"
34. Click "Save"
Videos, 3D Tours & Floor Plans:
35. These sections are automatically configured by us—you don't need to do anything here
36. If we create a Zillow 3D tour or floor plan, it will automatically be added to your website
Documents Section:
37. If you have special documents to include on your listing website, click "Documents" and upload them here
Website Analytics:
38. Click "Website Analytics" to see all traffic to your listing website
Theme & Website Settings (One-Time Setup):
39. Click "Theme" or "Website Settings"
40. Select your template (Legacy Template recommended for logo display)
41. Upload your brokerage or team logo by clicking "Browse Files"
42. Pick your brand colors
43. Add menu links if desired (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
44. Adjust page structure (reorder sections like 3D tour, video, floor plan)
45. Turn sections on/off (floor plan, map, etc.)
46. Configure footer settings (Equal Housing icon, Realtor icon, brokerage address)
47. Choose whether to display Desert View Creative logo
48. Click "Save"
49. Name your template when prompted (this saves all your settings for future listings)
Managing Listing Agents:
50. Click "Listing Agents" to add or remove agents from your website
51. Click the blue "Save" button
Your property website is now fully customized and ready to share!
